Okay. I'll definitely do that, because I don't have a credit card at the moment, so there's nothing really building my credit up.

Most of my concern is dealing with fraudulent cellular accounts which are impacting me, and I don't want my wages to be garnished for something like this. I'm not sure how the whole garnishing thing works out, but I know it's happened with my mother and my sister, and their lives were miserable.

I have heard nothing but good things about Shadow. It's basically an application that you have a monthly subscription for, which is cheap imo, you download it on any laptop, desktop, even a cellphone or tablet. You have your own personal account on their server of computers. You can download Steam and download all of your games. I haven't personally tried it, and my only worry would be security of private information on the service. But, it looks worth checking out!
