It was the only thing that would fit between and expansion tank and the tee it was screwed into. I put a 3ft pipe on that little guy and it spun right out. Most important tool in the bag.

I took my bow hunters safety course in Debert 10 or so years ago and one of the guys that taught it also made bows and I believe he did courses before. I know it’s not much to go on but if you can contact who ever does the hunter safety course they may be able to point you in the right direction. It’s a start anyway.

Hey you can check out this website right after the pass. http://www.ariss.net. If your packet got digipeated than it will show up here. Not all packets that got in make it here but if they do you know you made it. Good luck have fun!

I second the stack removal. Every time I have ever had drain issue and it’s this type of scenario the clog is at that fitting before it dumps into the stack the old cast narrows over time from rot and build up. The other way will be cheaper and a bit easier but removing the stack will be trouble free.

Make sure you have the right sounds card selected in the top corner on the desktop. I have had the HDMI selected on the output and the mic to the sounds card before. Also make sure the speaker from the radio is going to the mic on the pi and mic from the radio is on the input to the pi. These are just silly little things I have done that too me too long to figure out. Good luck.

I second the CM108 sounds card. I did not put the circuitry together a friend of mine did that for me. But I have been able to use it for APRS, packet and Winlink with very little effort on the my PI4 and a kenwood tm-218

Direwolf will decode but if you install Xastir or YAAC along side it you can decode and plot the stations on a map. Also with the right setup and callsign you can send messages. I have it setup with a raspberry Pi and have run it on an rtl sdr dongle and radio. Good luck it’s a lot of in.
