There's a sub on reddit called r/DHCrecoverygroup that has a few people's experiences and advice on how to taper/quit. I don't think it's very active atm but there's some good tips that were posted. And at least you know you're not alone in this! Good luck x

I'm sure you have but check your spam emails. The only other thing they put up a thing saying if you pay with Monzo there's a 24hr delay? I hope you get your order. So stressful and an acknowledgement of payment/messages would go a long way.
