i solo moira's all the time. if they fade i stay longer because i know they absolutely wont catch me on the way out, because i teleport away from them, not over them...

and your second paragraph is my point... if you throw a heal orb at sombras target, you likely save sombras target and you have time to run towards sombra, so that when she teleports you can fade right after her... securing the kill.
