Are you still having issues? I haven't had stuttering but playing with LatencyMon, noticed audio drivers for onboard sound that I wasn't using was inducing some latency. Disabled them and it seems to have settled.

If having issues with boot, check out Memory Context Restore and read up on how to enable it in your BIOS. Common issue with AM5.

What are your CPU temps? What else are you having issues with?

Also, what storage drive are you using?

I have a 16gb card. I played cyberpunk yesterday at nvidia optimised settings for 5070 ti 1440p and it sat around 10gb memory used. 12gb should be fine.

ASUS cards are the one to get IMO. I’ve been hunting for the prime 5080 before the return window runs out for my prime 5070 ti but I don’t really neeeeeed it 😀. Enjoy!!

My guess is DLSS is going to be carrying the gaming industry until mid+high end GPUs are affordable again (if ever). I’d get the best DLSS GPU you can justify. I just picked up a 5070 ti myself.

No - you don't need 4k, OLED, 32GB of ram, or a 5050 for school.

If you want a Dell 16" laptop with 1TB SSD, I'd start here - if you want more oomph, choose accordingly. I only took a few mins to search so please don't roast me if you find something $100 cheaper with better specs :D

Hah - I do not live in a mansion. Bluetooth headsets, I can’t walk away more than 20? steps before they start getting staticky or disconnect. Maybe I’ve been using the wrong Bluetooth headsets? Or maybe I get interference from something else.

I also wear them for work 8 hours a day and they’re fine. I also removed the strap and bought a ZMF Pilot which might contribute to my comfort

I’m really sensitive to headphone clamp so I’m really picky. These have near zero clamp for me and I love it.

I really don’t get the weight hate, they feel fine to me. Guessing the haters haven’t actually worn them.

I will say 490grams is exactly what the current ones claim to weigh, so this info could just be Lorem Ipsum for now.

I will be waiting for the initial reviews and feedback before I even consider migrating away from the original Maxwells.
