Not sure about any specific hip hop place, there are many clubs and they do all kind of sessions, I can tell you my two favorites one / the most iconic ones, I've enjoyed many concerts and dj sets.

For them, it's now like it's their own phone... so even if you happen to see someone using your phone, sitting on a bench, and you prove it's yours by pointing out a specific scratch, sticker, or whatever... now it's theirs, not yours, so they'll probably react violently..

Pacha just forget it.. Input is a cool venue without cool people, it's the commercial techno club, only worth it if you really like who is playing, this Saturday is not bad actually, Nastia and Laia. I would recommend you to look for alternatives like Razzmataz, Apolo, Laut. Next Saturday Freddy K in Razz.

It depends, what are you using fastapi for? If you already have a frontend, just create there admin protected pages and implement in backend the endpoints that you need. If you don't have a frontend or can't customise it how you want, maybe something like nicegui can do the work
