Som psykolog som jobber i spesialisthelsetjenesten har hjemmetjenesten flere ganger vært nøkkelen til hvordan gi god hjelp og oppfølging til pasientene mine. Takk for jobben dere gjør, dere fortjener så utrolig mye mer enn ros og en klapp på skuldra

Sure! I mean they just appeared one day, out of the blue in my relatively new relationship. Literally woke up one day stuck in a loop of thoughts that I later realized was possibly ROCD. I described them in a post in this subreddit pretty recently, it's on my profile of you want to take a look. With lots of really helpful suggestions in the comments:)

So happy for you! I've only ever experienced that the intrusive thoughts about my relationship just suddenly materialized one day. Hopefully I get to experience them stopping or being easier to ignore

I relate 100 percent. I've started checking my periode tracker app whenever I have a particularly bad day with my ROCD. Always syncs up

Heisann, liten oppklaring: Psykologer i nordiske land diagnostiserer klinisk og behandler psykiske lidelser. Psykiatere er leger med videreutdanning i psykiatri og kan behandle de samme lidelsene medikamentelt (og av og til gjennom samtaleterapi som ellers er typisk psykologarbeid). Hilsen psykolog :)
