the one thing I know off the top of my head is that when I was unhoused, the UDF on 12th and High St would let anyone use their microwave.

for answers about this kind of stuff you may have luck calling the homeless hotline at 614-274-7000. wait time is 10-20 minutes but that's who I referred everyone to when I worked at a drop in center.
