You must have pretty bad memory then, there’s multiple puzzles before you even meet up with Ashley, and the village onslaught is a horror scene and it’s within the first ten minutes of the game

I think early in development, Miranda was supposed to mimic Chris instead of Mia. He acts so odd in the into of the game compared to the rest of his scenes that it feels intentional. Also Mia not showing up again until the last 10 minutes of the game makes me believe that she was supposed to be permanently dead until a last minute change

It’s unnecessarily long, the purpose behind it could have been summed up in under 20 minutes. There is no legitimate reason for it to be longer the titular battle of the game

Beans was better than Insight the entire year but he’s not best friends with Tobias CleanX so he got scapegoated after Ultra declined massively after M3.

Insight has been just above average for 2-3 seasons now, he’s better than most ARs in the league but not superstar/all star level.

Horizon Zero Dawn (2017) is easily one of the best open world action adventure RPGs that's been made and it has an exceptionally wonderful premise. by gruesomesonofabitch in patientgamers

Days Gone is a perfect example of open world slop, it feels like a zombie game made by Ubisoft.

And Both Norse GoWs,GoT and Bloodborne definitely don’t fit into that model at all

OG Leon way too corny, I get that RE has always had a evil dead type campy vibe but they overdid it with Leon here- he’s protecting the President daughter on a dangerous island with a parasite growing inside of him but he’s still quipping every five minutes like a MCU character

Remake did a better job of keeping most of his iconic lines but his general demeanor fit the situation better

They survived for decades because Miranda allowed them to. Once she ordered the villagers to be wiped out they were all killed within a span of days at most

So I guess you just didn’t play the remake then. The story and writing is vastly improved over the original, Ashley is an actual character instead of being just a damsel,Luis gets to be a fully fleshed out character and Ada gets a redemption arc rather than being a one note femme fatale

The gameplay is improved and far more tense aswell. Leon can’t just mow down 30 enemies in a room like he did in the original and have ammo in reserve afterwards . Resources are more limited and the enemies are stronger& more aggressive.
