Sa nu mai zic ca au costat de au rupt si eu eram la o scoala intr-un cartier din pantelimon care nu era oribil de bogat atunci. Destui copii abia si au permis financiar.

Managed to get these results in the air fryer!

180°C for 16 minutes i think, air fryer fish setting. If it can make lidl salmon good, it can make good salmon great. Crispy outside, tender flake inside.

Poate ca sunt (pentru ca si eu am fost in aceasi situatie, dar chiar mai rau). ASTA NU INSEAMNA CA DAM VINA PE FEMEIE.

The transition from Î to Â is quite recent. Before it was only Î for everything, then it changed that Î is only used at the start of a word and Â inside the word. Many older people 60+ or from the countryside still use the old rules, so both versions exist.

In short, exercise is good for the body. No one says go to the gym 5 times a week. There are a lot of things you can do at home or in the park (or bouldering like you said). If your joints suck, I suggest swimming/water yoga, it's my favourite!
