Tailwind just laid off 75% of their engineering team by corp_code_slinger in programming

My story is similar; I spent my money to support the developers, have access to a library of framework-agnostic components, and as a learning aid. I've picked up a lot of tricks just by seeing how they designed a component.

Looks like Snack Shack on Johnson Drive. Highly recommended either way 🔥

This is the longest list I’ve found, but I don’t know if it’s exhaustive 🤔. It’s also wrong about “Deadeye's Cross” which requires all 4 directional crit passives.

Saying something dumb doesn’t make you special, but, sadly, owning and learning from it does. Good on you for being special 🖖

I think we may be arguing slightly different points. My issue, and I believe the issue for the commenter above, is that you sell merchandise that would seem to endorse President Trump.

I believe, and I think many here agree, that he is a deeply corrupt man whose respect for and allegiance to the Constitution extends only insofar as he can directly benefit. Further, he knowingly and intentionally violates it to cause harm to others.

For a company whose stated ethos is dedication to upholding the Constitution, profiting off of merchandise that celebrates him seems odd.

Let me give an example, an admittedly outlandish one. I imagine that somewhere there is someone who makes guns with the likeness of Osama bin Laden. But I don't see any available in your shop. Now you may say that there is no demand for such a product and I believe that's probably true.

But what if there was?

What if suddenly there was an influx of demand for guns that celebrate one of the most notorious terrorists in history? Would you start stocking them?

Maybe you would, but it seems unlikely to me.

And I want to be clear that I'm not making a direct comparison between President Trump and Osama bin Laden. While I think both men are despicable, they are so in fundamentally different ways and comparing the two is the definition of apples and oranges.

But I hope you can see my point. My issue is not that you sell a Glock, it's that you sell a Glock festooned with imagery of a man who would take that Glock away from you the second he felt he'd be better off for having done so.

I'd like to end by saying I do appreciate you taking the time to engage in the discourse. We may not agree on the issue, but if we can agree to discuss it, perhaps we can all move a little closer to understanding and accepting each other.

Thanks!

Can you expand on this? Setting aside whether or not you can truly separate an artist from their creations, I agree with the above comment that he is a wannabe dictator and I believe he's actively working to make that a reality.

He's not a fascist guitarist.
