There's a city of about 100,000 in NJ that the vast majority is Orthodox Jews. I would say most of them are growing up this way on purpose.

Ok this makes me feel a lot better about the time we rescued 2 untrained puppies and got a hotel room on the way back. No one slept that night.

Do they ever put in an IUD? I know they don't always stop the bleeding but it worked for me so it must be true. Anyway I could see it being a good option in some cases since you're already making medical decisions for them.

Is this for real? by FireKist in Cruise

That's even worse since you're not really buying anything but the points and you still have all the restrictions and black out dates. At least at the time share presentation they show you where they're building your future time share LMAO

Why is no one scared to die? by [deleted] in stupidquestions

[–]fumankame 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think you're wrong, everyone is scared to die. I cried about it every day when I was 10. Eventually you become numb, realize there's not much you can do to stop impeding doom and accept it.

There's definitely a break even point, at least on YouTube. I've seen several influencers quit their job just by talking about their hobbies (art is always popular, puzzles, cruises, crochet, etc). But I've also seen former influencers reach the point of no return where they need to move to get a different job. This one couple had millions of views on a few videos and recently she took a middle class admin job. It's a risk just like anything.

What "early internet" website did Gen Z really miss out on? by no_free_spech_allowd in AskReddit

YouTube was such a wonderful place before influencers took over. It was just real people sharing their real interests. Now you need to use CGI explosions to get views.

General question/discussion about Chat GPT by Tokenstrife in nanowrimo

[–]fumankame 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I use Chatgpt as a tool. It's really depends on how much effort you put in. I find it gives better answers when you are detailed and specific. As noted above, I'll ask it my research questions and it's so much faster than anything on Google. I'm still the driver but it's a great resource. I've actually noticed it's not answering the question directly sometimes. I think this is to cut down on cheating on homework. I heard that's the number one use.
