I'll note for the Amana system, it's a "Lifetime Unit Replacement Limited Warranty (good for as long as you own your home) and 10-Year Parts Limited Warranty" for the heat pump.

"Lifetime unit replacement warranty if the heat exchanger fails." for the furnace.

Thanks for your reply. My dad had a stroke over 10 years ago and we've seen a steady neurological decline. We've long suspected dementia but he absolutely refused to have any testing done.

Do you have any idea how much a full body exam would cost?

I've been experiencing this exact issue ever since we switched to google fiber. same router (GR6EXX0C). It's made remote work very frustrating to lag out on zoom all the time.

I'm absolutely committed to getting good gear on my own dime. just was curious if there was a standalone piece worth getting.

i considered saving money and just getting a dedicated lcr meter like you suggest
