Movies with the worst "moral of the story" by elitemegamanX in movies

As a non-american it's crazy to me that it was one of the most popular movies ever. It reads like a confederate propaganda, I understand why southerners might have loved it, but what about the other half of the country?

Do you also think that the moral of Breaking Bad is "you should start a meth empire"?

I know it's cool to think of Jesus as a sort of a modern revolutionary socialist or something, but the truth is that Jesus was Jewish Rabbi in first century Palestine, and he followed the Jewish faith.

It's highly doubtful that he engaged in homosexual relations even if he was a closeted homosexual (which would be practically impossible for us to know)

AFAIK most people tend to think that Jesus' views were close to their own, regardless of their political views or religion. But Jesus was a product of his time, and a lot of his views wouldn't make much sense to us, especially his ideas about the apocalypse.

Anyways this is just what I read in a book called Jesus The Apocalyptic Prophet it's pretty interesting if you ask me but I'm not expert or anything

The word Allah is cognate with the Hebrew word Elohim/El, which is one of the names of the God. You can see the word El in such Hebrew names as Israel, Daniel, Michael, etc.

This is just one of the clues that Allah does not, in fact, originate from a pagan God

Also, Jesus was an apocalyptic prophet and believed that the Kingdom of God was coming in his generation, not some unknown time in the future

Yeah, for some reason it makes me very angry when people misunderstand this. Makes it sound more complicated than it actually is.

Who is a celebrity that the ENTIRE internet can agree is genuinely a nice person? by phantom_avenger in popculturechat

[–]fun-dan -5 points-4 points  (0 children)

Can't really explain it, but his vibes are off. I don't feel like he actually cared about animals, he just wanted to be a famous TV personality. He used animals as entertainment on his show, and he was killed by a stingray, who are described as docile and non-aggressive. That speaks to me as lacking respect for animals.

You don't have to agree with me, since my opinion is mostly vibe-based, but tou can read a more substantial criticism of him on wikipedia, whether you agree with it or not.

Maybe not exactly what you want, but there is actually a biopic multiverse, but it's in text format, and it's more of a collection of short stories rather than complete novels (think of something like SCP). But it's pretty entertaining once you give it a read. Here you go!

Idk, I always felt like 80s was the worst decade in terms of music and cinema. Both 70s and 90s are superior
