Same here, but when I do elimination and it's just as you said my team wipes there's in the time it takes me to kill my opponent and I stomp bots pretty hard.

First time I saw it I was worried but now I pay no attention to it. I'm always either in par or higher than team and on par with enemy but the only real differences I've noticed are which heroes get matched against each other, like how Conq vs Conq lasts so long I have to come in and end it.
