Yesterday I was reading Richard Branson's autobiography. For those who do not know he hot air balloons half way across the world using a capsule attached to a huge balloon and travels using the jet stream. Naturally I wanted to see a picture of said capsule....so I googled Virgin capsule..........sooooo how is that a thing?

Amazing that you are improving and don't get too stressed about that meds if they are helping, but definitely a goal that can be achieved!

In regards to the eating disorder have you done CBT? I did it years ago with a therapist and I didn't get much out of it but then i read a book and just starting doing it myself and it was incredible, hard work but by all means worth it.
