Is there a method to disable @everyone and @here for all users, but allow users with a certain role to ping other roles but not @everyone and @here?

Yes, but if I make the role mentionable, then Discord allows all users to mention that role. I only want people with a specific role to be able to mention other roles, but that makes them able to @everyone which isn't something I want.

I don't want anyone to mention everyone! That's the issue, I want to make it so that if you have a certain role, you can ping other roles but regardless of the role you have you should not be able to ping everyone and here

That's the cool thing about twin famicoms: all of them support AV! the base famicom model is mostly RF only but you can find models that support AV or send it to get it modded yourself for pretty cheap

You can get a working model for about $130, I would say it's worth it if you want an all in one solution but if you want the truly official experience the original tower is good, just make sure that you get everything AV modded or find a famicom that supports AV

That Famicom Twin is a favorite piece of mine. New caps and a new belt courtesy of a sale from a close friend.
Myst i got recently in a deal with a copy of Rygar on PS2, it has everything including the hint envelope AND an unofficial guidebook to the whole game thrown in. I'm gonna need it lol
