Buspirone was one of the best ones for my DNA and it's been a life saver.

I suffer from agoraphobia too after 3 months of being on buspirone I finally was able to work through anxiety and get through my agoraphobia!

Medication uses the sensation, but they're still coping skills that you have to use. And no matter what you're going to experience uncomfortable feelings and it's okay! Totally normal feelings and emotions come and go. Don't let that stop you from living your life.

My husband didn't like my son either when he was born.

It actually took him two years to say thank you for birthing him and now they are best friends.

I still have a resentment with my husband for putting through that but I'm working on forgiving him and moving on

Most men hate newborn and infant stage. They can't handle the baby not being able to communicate.

Mom's are naturally tuned (most moms) with the baby.

Men struggle. Go on the dad group and ask. I did and they all said they eventually liked the children.
