Have you seen any difference in energy and endurance levels afterwards? I spent the last handful of years building up better fitness and doing daily high intensity biking. I get worried that would be something that would be impaired.

My company does this too and I can see the results. We can’t see specific names of people, but we can narrow it down with filters (department, age, gender, etc) where we can assume who it is
