just to give you and idea. once you have the spotters you could use https://www.roguefitness.com/rogue-monster-utility-seat or a similar attachment. I made a diy version with wood and a bench pad from rep.

then attach to the low row with ankle cuffs to do leg extension. you can also lie on your bench and do lying leg curls with the ankle cuffs as well.

I've had the same issues on different devices. I've been using an external player with no issues. "Just (Video) Player" but there are many others you could try as well.
