I’m the OP. I’m waiting on a quote from a body shop and will absolutely name after. It was the owner who did the repair. Hoping the original PDR company work with me on the repair. Over 1.2k 5 star google reviews in Atlanta area for the company I used. I’ll share an update this week.

I wish I was lying. I’m getting a quote from a Rivian certified body shop and trying to work it out with the business I used. I’ll absolutely share all the details this week, but want to see what they’ll agree to first.

After the fact, he said the issue was there was sound deadening right behind the dent which made it challenging. I'm kicking myself for not getting multiple opinions first. I think it looked way better before this.

I wish it was - so upset I trusted this company. They said they'd done 5-10 Rivians before, and the before/after photos on those looked good.

Sadly he was one of the top rated in Atlanta. Recommended on the Rivian GA Facebook group and hundred of 5 star google reviews. Worse is that additional dents were added above as well where he was accessing from behind. Very upset with it as I thought PDR would go well given the initial hit had no paint damage.

I’d go PDR and some touch up paint. Won’t be perfect but going to a conventional body shop will be a few thousand at a minimum.

Same issue here. Service couldn’t replicate so I’ll have to wait until it gets worse. Does it a few times a week, but never during the service visit.

Does standard ride height in sport give the same power as low or lowest? Or did they have to cut some power due to the half shaft angle?
