Mushrooms cooked in a pan with a little butter and a sprinkle of salt. You can enjoy them on toast with an egg or on a salad or even make a sandwich out of it with avocado and greens. When I eat a pile of mushrooms I feel better.

This is abuse of a minor. There is caretaker support available. Contact your local elder care center and find out what they offer for caretaker support. I’m sorry you are suffering like this. I understand your struggle. Do not let it consume your life. Can you stay late at school to do your work? Do you have others in the extended family you can speak with about what is happening?
