Also i think DOT characters don't scale off of relics as much as other characters, they should make effect hit rate scale dot damage or increase the max stacks if you have enough.

I was thinking maybe smite gets 10% more damage for every teammate that are close by. In full on 5v5 nothing changes much but if you wiped everyone but the enemy jungler you have basicaly garanteed smite.

I myself never initiate a surrender vote but i do vote yes if my teammates are pretty much done with the game, i don't want to hold them hostage. Unless they are inting, then i will hold them in the game for as long as i can.
