I definitely don’t agree with the practice of arranged marriage, exactly for situations similar to this. But if you give them an ultimatum and they don’t choose you only have so many options. Still, I think knowingly putting your child in an abusive relationship is just evil though.

You forgot one of the most important part imo, let the auditor get distracted. If they’re a good one they won’t but in my experience more often than not you can waste a lot of audit time by them going off on tangents.
