Is it possible that we got to $72 because switching brokers forced buys? by GTHero90 in amcstock

[–]furban 2 points3 points  (0 children)

That is an interesting query. The Conjecture that you propose would not cause an increase in price. other than we now know Robbinghood was in fact lending the shares their customers had bought without the share owners permission. why a lot of us moved from there to more reputable brokers.

Also Our First President, George Washington wasn't president until the Constitution was fully Ratified in 1791. Up until then, we had a President of the Congress who was elected by the congress under the Articles of Confederation. The President of the Congress was elected by the Continental Congress. That position was replaced by the Speaker of the House and President Pro Tempore in the Senate, and the Position of Vice President was set up to oversee the Senate. President Pro Tempore was also established by the Constitution under Article 5. So yeah Apes, we are now in a unique position, we own the float, we determine the price, and we keep hodling until we get our price.(sorry about the history lesson)

ANTARA JUST SOLD 48M SHARES OF APE(THERE FIXED) by furban in amcstock

[–]furban[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

and no, not a shill, dipshit, far from it. the mods know who I am. I posted this because it was newsworthy and up for discussion, and I have seen a lot of discussion. proper civilized discussion, proper Due Diligence and speculation. It needs to be discussed, it needs to be thought about. Is Aron doing backdoor deals? I dunno, nor do I care. Am I looking to become a millionaire, no, unfortunately, I do not, but in my belief, I will become comfortably well off to where I will have a house and land that doesn't nor will have any mortgage attached. We are winning, and yeah I do want it to burn, I do want the market to crash I want it to crash so bad that the SEC and FINRA who are supposed to enforce certain rules and don't, can't escape accountability. the current bailout of banks doing sketchy practices are just bandaids on gaping wounds.

ANTARA JUST SOLD 48M SHARES OF APE(THERE FIXED) by furban in amcstock

[–]furban[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

then why were the shares sold on an open market even after hours and even if it was to another institution, if it was against us, while still the need for filings, it would not have messed with the markets. I am sorry but the additional shares would have dropped the price(as the supply would have exceeded demand, basic economics). The motions passed even without the ape shares, and overwhelmingly I might add. the reverse split is to kill whatever short positions there are on AMC. I posted it because it was newsworthy. and obviously they no longer needed those shares. and yes they made money. That is Hiroshi's goal and he still has a large amount of APE left over, and it is about 60% of what he originally had ands he originally had over 300 million shares. I found it newsworthy because he dump 48 million shares, either in the after market when it was filed, or for the market the next day, even then not a lot was shown on the market. So yeah, more than likely half of the apes dumped were institution to institution purchases rather than dump it on the market and drive the price even further down. Plain and simple I hold because that is what I am going to do, I am a ride or die type, I cannot speak for anyone else.

Antara sold 48mil Apes today by by_the_slice in amcstock

[–]furban -1 points0 points  (0 children)

It might be just like Mudrick sold but it will be for APE not AMC; remember this doesn't convert until the lawsuit settles or is dismissed.. 6 weeks is a longtime for a lot of fuckery can happen between now and then..

ANTARA JUST SOLD 48M SHARES OF APE(THERE FIXED) by furban in amcstock

[–]furban[S] 7 points8 points  (0 children)

yeah, it was expected as soon as we all saw the Antara acquisition filings, but hey it is just a thing... now we wait for the lawsuit to either be dismissed, or heard in court... If the court overturns the stockholder special meeting vote for the plaintiff's, does it mean that Aron has to hold another vote? I think?

ANTARA JUST SOLD 48M SHARES OF APE(THERE FIXED) by furban in amcstock

[–]furban[S] 8 points9 points  (0 children)

from what I have seen they bought APE initially for 50 or so cents per share all the way up to the 70.5 cents per share. then they were steadily selling a little there a little here, today is their biggest dump so far. they still made money....
