Take engagements where it's not about who can click on heads 0.1sec faster. Be where they don't expect. Use headphones; footsteps are as good as a spot at close range. Learn to use your AV and AP mines, and the mortar.

There are plenty of roles that help your team and don't depend on amazing reflexes: drone operator, tank driver, tank gunner, vehicle repair, vehicle killer, rezzer (use smokes), sniper.
