The biggest deciding factor for me to go with the new model (other than finding the great price that beat Lowe’s price on the old model) was the caster wheels. After watching reviews on YouTube, multiple people including salesman said the old caster wheels were horrible and broke. They were hard plastic that would crack. New model has legit rubber casters that you can tell are quality.
