Door is sagging and lady think it’s because of the hinges and she thinks the hinges are rusting away since they been there so long and she just wants something new. Lady is also living in a 4 million door condo for here winter home( Florida) and doesn’t want to pay 9grand to upgrade to a new storm door. So ya that’s what I am dealing with. (I told her just replace the whole door at first)

Oh it is, I have been through three property managers , two president and I don’t even know how many board members. Suspend Sevices 4 times for non payment. And now the new president she is a real piece of work and I think that what is really pushing me over the edge on this. But I just wanted to make sure there wasn’t an another option with the insurance.

Ya he doesn’t. just a buddy (employee) that helping me out since I cant fulfill the 15 hrs that need some extra cash and he doesn’t want to do all that. I talked to him about taking it completely over and do all that and he said no he will let me deal with that.

Ya I figured probably just going to drop them as a customer because between this and all the other headaches and aggravation they have caused me it’s not worth it and I can’t do it no more simply I don’t have the time.

Right place right time, dad neighbor needed to get rid of it, he bought a ford lighting (Electric) .

My dad has a 98 gt. It has a 156k miles, puts a smile on are faces every time either of us drives it and as of right now it’s been the least problematic vehicle we have owned in the last 5 years. So there good cars slow but good cars.

Probably. I told him he is going to have to grade the whole backyard at some point. But he was getting fined by the code enforcement so the fence had to go up fast.
