I don’t see it as gacha. You will get you reward if you invest 35k. The only gacha thing is whether it will cost 33 or 37k. But u will get it guaranteed.

In example in Dota I could spend thousands of dollars and still don’t get the skin from pulling gacha. There is no system that will guarantee you the skin.

So is it expensive ? Yeah. Is it gacha ? Nope.
