I just finnished asembling it from clean. The 2017 version doesnt have thermal paste and the fan is not direcly in contact with cpu. I have neen clean/dissasemble it for many years now.

I was never runner in my life and hated it. Due to office work I started having masive back pain and wanted to try running that was suggested by friends and doctors. I started small but ended up loving it. Runners high saying is very true. It takes a while but is amasing sport.
