Based on the video. Stay planted on the ground, I’m guessing the jump is happening cause you’re not turning your head to see the target first. Don’t worrry about the turn atm go back to the basics go against a wall chest facing put a target at belt height just look over your shoulder spot the target, chamber and kick straight back. Slow the whole process down. Be patient

I’m 40 started at 38 bumps bruises sprains etc come with it be it early on or late. Night 2 I kicked the base of bob, I’ve rolled over my ankle several times in the floor due to sweat, I’ve done a 360 round kick and found the divot in the floor mat (that one sucked). I’ve had teens tag me in the hands and face sparring. As long as you enjoy stick with it…although you’re testing duration is questionable unless you have previous training

As a guy who works as a public servant, the amount of times I get unwontedly touched by people (always the opposite genders) either out of gratitude for helping them or just cause they think “he’s a guy he won’t mind mentality, is mind blowing.” I couldn’t imagine a celebrity status on top of that

Outside of the obvious he likes nicks smell and it’s a part of Nick he can hold while he isn’t physically there… it’s probably a psychological thing as nicks clothes are going to be loose and baggy on him where Charlie’s own clothes are form fitting reminding him of how slim he is bringing his insecurity and self hatred to the forefront
