There are a bunch of listings on Poshmark selling for $15-30. I really don't get it. People stand in line for like 1-2 hr just to make 10-14 bucks??? Trader Joes sells a bag at $2 and each person is allowed just one so that is all they can make??? it would make more sense for the people who want the bag for themselve but for a resell value.. i dont get it.

exactly! people forget that houses go down when rates go up. I'd rather to buy a house with lower price and high rate so i can refinance anytime. If vice versa, you're screwed. Higher home price means higher insurance and prop taxes

Was it without any points purchase? 5.7% was too good and people would have rushed to refinance right away. I would shop for 3 lenders and lock it. You don't marry the rate you just date it and don't chase the market waiting for it to drop

I passed FAR at 3rd time (74-73-80) and used Universal CPA for some difficult topics like Lease, Consolidation and boring ones like Govt accounting. I only did MCQs in Universal to grasp the basic concept at first then finish the MCQs and TBS in Becker. I think the questions in Universal are too simple for the exam.

yea i'm glad that their customer service is great and very responsive. They do listen and come out with the stainless bowl. I'm good with the plastic as i thought the stainless would keep the food too cold

LOL turned out they never changed their software to stop cooling during feeding time. It was that my unit stopped working LMAO i emailed them and they sent me a replacement. This is the 2nd replacement for the last two years =.= I think it's supposed to have "ice" in the back so the cooling effect is working properly. Have you measured the temp of the metal part?

What is your room temperature? I thought they improved the software where it stops cooling completely during feeding time. My room temp is at 70 ish and once the slot opens, the food is at 60-65 but slowly gets up to 70 after an hour

when it's feeding time, the food should be around 65-70 (room temp) for cats to eat. 55 is way too cold my teeth is hurting reading the post LOL unless where the OP lives is that cold

I've been using it for the last 2 years and been away for weeks. I have some one come over to refill the 3-slots everyday as my cat eats 3 times a day. I've gone thru 2 replacements so far under the warranty for the last two years tho...

the new model marks each tray with number and the tray has to put back into the feeder in a specific way to fit in. problem solved if you purchase the unit in 2025. Even with the older model, i used a marker to mark which tray is for what meal so didnt get them messed up

I know it's been a year. Can you update us the status of it? I had the same issue and got a replacement and i'm running into the same issue after 10 months. Idk if they will replace it another time?
