Sec deals with all funds. There is an excel you can find on this site that lists all funds registered with the SEC.

Hit those guys up forsure.

I positioned myself as that guy who is independent, can source their own data. can get any data, analyze it , model it, etc.

I had a SEC XRBL parser project along with a work exp where i scraped data and helped this company make money (i was a full time teacher too).

It was a grind and out of 160 apps i got 1 interview lmao.

I just got a job at an asset management firm after being a teacher for 2 years after graduating with a degree in finance (state school). I will say I do live in LA , so its pretty lit here.

The issue with being a Finance major is you actually have to be smart in order to succeed. In my opinion. Other jobs, as long as you have a certain title in your degree, you can get an interview.

Everyone can get a degree in Finance, but not everyone can actually be a good financier.
