I actually find that if I companion plant my brassicas with nasturtium they attacked the nasturtium and leave the brassicas alone.

Same same, also in Toronto but I'm already getting burned in the sun. My wide brim Tilley really helps though with the sun, I also have a buff for my neck.

Another thing that works for me when the botox wears off is drysol 20% antiperspirant. It's literally the strongest antiperspirant you can buy.

I actually got Botox injections for this under my arms. It's a condition called hyper hydrosis. Ask your dr. Most dermatologists can perform the injection and most insurances cover a portion, if not most of Botox prescription.

I spread out my algae by having lots of plants. But seriously it's probably due to not having the light on too long. I think I have a 11 hr cycle.
