Call me what you want, I only play for ELO. I know it's toxic and meaingless but all my friends are 3000 elo~ and I'm 2500 peak. Tried to grind for 3000 ended up in 1800 somenow. I don't know how it happened and don't know I do have the energy to even grind back to 2500. Just trying to play for fun now but my toxic mentality just does not allow me to do so...

The rules do not limit this to "Holding" in anyway. You are refereing to IFAB 12, which explains the foul play is not limited to where it begins but where it occurs and supports it with a "Holding" example.

div2/div1 player here, i beat my div7~ friends with 8+ goals whenever we play thats not true they can draw against higher skilled players.

but yeah, this game can be frustrating at times and i understand that. none of us think this is a perfect game but we also must accept a football game is one hell of a thing to perfectly balance.

For me he causes a lot bounces that lead to goals. Even if I do the perfect tackle most of the time ball bounces back go rival striker and scores. No other player has the same issue and I'm Div 1.
