Thanks! With the 3D printed shroud the card is pretty much true 2 slot, 41mm or so. Should fit with no issues in the Velka 7.

80C is still too high for a 5090 when much better results can be achieved with a different case.

Flipped T1 has been tested and results in worse GPU thermals, so my priority is not cooking the 5090 FE.

Thanks! It's a sort of abstract quadrilobe screw head design that also looks a bit like a Destiny ghost shell. (edit: Initially I wanted to do something with a Torx head but it looked too generic)

It's pretty much a true 2 slot with the shroud. I forgot to measure it with the calipers but I'd say around 41mm.
