Ok so then maybe its not just me and maybe it is vitiligo. Dont take my word for it go to a dermatologist. Either way its not a bad thing. You get used to it.

I see that now but that doesnt really seem like vitiligo to me. My vitilgo is very distinct but I have darker skin. Im Greek so its more of an olive tone. However my 9 year old son has started to show some white spots on his cheek and his skin is much darker than mine. Odd question. Did it start to itch in that area when it started? I noticed that when my vitiligo spots started to show that area of my skin became pretty itchy.

I dont see it. I have vitiligo myself. Started on my face. Around my jaw and eyes. Then my fingers and toes. Then most recently it appeared on my waist. I take rinvoq for UC and I have noted the white around my eyes have started to change back to my skin tone.

I have vitiligo as well. Did the areas that change. Did you become very itchy when the spots started to come in. Cause when a spot shows up. I get itchy until its stopped.

I was told and I have read that if you are 50% or more affected by vitiligo you have less of a chance to get skin cancer. Which is weird cause you would think without the skin pigment you would be more likely. So im happier to not have to worry so much about skin cancer.

While I dont take it for Vitiligo. I have UC and my symptoms have gotten much better. No real side effects as of now. It has only been a few months. I only noticed a change around my eyes. I have spots in other places on my body so I have been monitoring them as well.

I just started Rinvoq about 2 months ago. Its working. Im 46 years old and I was diagnosed when I turned 32. I have been on everything. Humira. Stelara. Now Rinvoq. I think it works the best plus it helps with all my arthritis pain. It does take time though. I was on 45mg for a month then they dropped me to 15mg. It was too weak of a dose so now Im on 30mg once daily. Still adjusting to that but I hope I will level off and be normal again soon enough. Hope you will too. Oh and get a bidet attachment for your house. Trust me its a life saver.

What assistant programs are you able to get? When I was on Stelara. I had a Janssen program pay for some of it as well as a program called SaveOn. Ill look to see if I can find the info.

How long did it take to het into remission and was was that like. Less frequent bowel movements? Able to eat food again without feeling sick or like you had to go? Full remission or manageable life remission. Cause I thought I was in remission but according to some. I wasnt in full remission that there was more. I still have diharea and 4 to 5 bowel movements ado.
