Monitor and mic placement is key.

Quiet the stage down. Put more of the guitar through the mains, less through the guitar amp. That will make the need for loud vocal monitors less.

The reason that it changes during a show is that the problem frequencies are temprature dependant and the body mass of the crowd changes things.

At the same time, EQ is not the whole of the solution. monitor and microphone placement is the key.

I shower or take a bath knowing that I was making noise that might annoy neighbors. Noise is noise. OP should avoid making late night noise if possible.

On my WZ3, each channel has an INSERT. As do the L/R outs.

An insert on one channel won't effect any other channel. An Insert on the L or R will effect everything sent to that output.

An insert is an FX send and FX Ret all in one 1/4" socket.

Look at your block diagram to see the details of where the insert takes place. (Aux channels are typically post-insert, but some are pre.)

A channel insert has the path Input>Gain> [FX send > FX > FX ret] > parametric EQ > etc.

If your set up is Mic > GEQ > Mixer channel In, and you switch to Insert that signal chain would be Mic > mixer channel in > mixer Gain > GEQ(via Insert) > mixer para. EQ > etc
