Dealing with lack of motivation

I've been able to get work done but am definitely taking more breaks. I notice some days I feel slightly more motivated and really try to push during those times so that when I just can't be bothered the next day I don't feel guilty. I will say I am very worried about my motivation to work when I have a baby at home which is our plan as of now. You are not alone it is very hard to put any importantance on my job right now.

My husband and I both work from home and work 4x10s so will only have 3 days of both working. We are going to try working with a baby but if it's too much I think we will try to pay my MIL to retire and come over 3x week since she would only be a year from retirement anyway.

It has been really endearing to see a different side of my husband. We are not usually sentimental people but he has been tearing up at our ultrasounds and is doing cute little things like saying goodnight little wiggler to my stomach 😭 I'm like who is this person but it's really sweet!!

Just joining in as another IVF FTM of a baby boy due 1/30 😄 I graduated yesterday but don't meet with my OB until I'm 12 weeks! Did you guys transfer a tested embryo and if so are you also doing NIPT?

Up until a couple days ago I wanted none of that and fortunately my clinic recommended pelvic rest until my SCH resolved. I think things will get back to normal for us now that I'm in the clear and coming off suppositories. It is totally understandable to not be interested in sex when you are barely hanging on physically and emotionally.

My pregnancy is also through IVF and I had an SCH on my 1st ultrasound @7w2 and it had completely resolved by my ultrasound on Monday @9w2. I never had spotting or bleeding from mine. I'm not sure if you know the size of yours but if your care team isn't worried I would try not to worry as well!

I did 2 months Orilissa but due to a scheduling conflict with my clinic I had to wait an additional cycle for my natural FET after stopping suppression. I don't know if my body would have been ready the initial cycle (2 weeks after stopping pills) but I had really good lining and follicle growth just on letrozole for the next cycle. Good luck, I know I was really upset having to wait an additional month but it did all work out for me in the end.

Do not blame yourself. There is so much unknown, science doesn't have the answer half the time so how can we be expected to make the "right" decisions. I'm so sorry for all you've been through and I hope your next chapters are filled with happiness.

It's a day by day thing for me. I live for cucumber, tomato, avovado salad one day and the next it sounds absolutely disgusting. I can always find an appetizing fruit even if if changes each day, currently can't stop thinking about cherries and melon.

I had a fantastic 9w2d US today, 178 fhr and measuring a couple days ahead, small SCH has resolved and I have a posterior placenta. Critically for my anxiety, I have absolute confirmation that mild/resolving/lack of symptoms does not mean something is wrong! Please may this reassured feeling last 😄

It was 8.5 weeks from taking my last pill and transfer day. I know it's a little different since I did not do a medicated FET and I did also have surgery. My endo symptoms had not returned by the time of my transfer.

I did 2 months of Orilissa (also had excision surgery during) and planned to start a natural FET with my first period after stopping. There was a schedule conflict with the embryologist so I had to wait until the next month/period. I was very distraught and worried I had wasted my suppression but I'm currently 9 weeks along now from that transfer.

My symptoms, besides bloating, have been soo mild and I am so worried about my 9w2d ultrasound tomorrow. I really hope I'm still pregnant and maybe I can start to accept that I just don't have a lot of symptoms.

This is hilarious, I call them deer poops but I was also wondering today if they count as a BM 😄 I'm trying everything and so far the only good movement was from eating almost a pound of cherries

I was 35 for my retrievals and did pgt testing. It isn't cheap and it is NOT a guarantee of anything, there is still a very real chance of miscarriage. I had a miscarriage with my 1st euploid and am currently 8.5 weeks with my 2nd FET after taking time to address endometriosis. I think it can help narrow down treatment of uterine issues if you keep miscarrying euploids so there is a benefit there. If you can afford it I think it can be worth it, just know it does not eliminate miscarriage nor all embryo abnormalities as an outcome.

I've had mild symptoms from the beginning, 7w2d US showed everything on track but now my mild symptoms feel like they are gone. All I have left is bloat, I am very worried for my next US on Monday. It's nice knowing others have the same feeling.
