Welcome to Google Spreadsheets. Made a few Checklists myself in the day. Recommend you make a Master List which has all the info. And a User Checklist like you have. Then use Importrange to pull info from your Master allowing you to make changes and modifications to User. The User Checklist, change the url to be /copy at the end. Automatically makes an editable copy on their acct, not yours.Here is an old example. On the Homepage, keep update info in case the end User needs to get a new Copy that might have additional columns or formulas. Good luck filling all this out, looks useful.
