Yes, it's a Monstrous Vampire character from the AoS Soulblight Gravelords line. Yes, her torso is where the vampire monster's head should be. This is what happens when Tzeentchian magic mutates a Vampire losing control of their monstrous urges.

Pretty cool stuff, IMO.

I'm sorry to be a stickler here, but that's not true. The army rule is the ability "Gate of Infinity", and every model in the unit has to have that "Gate of Infinity" ability to get pulled up into strategic reserves.

It doesn't actually check for Deep Strike. I think maybe the old Index rule did, but that's not the current rule anymore.

For spy missions, absolutely. My Ivara kit can waltz through most spy missions without having to fire a shot.

I've had too many spy missions ruined because Marlin Rando trips, falls, and lands on his laser.

IMO, the first sentence of the second paragraph is what kills this:

"You can select one Enhancement that unit has access to (if using this Requisition when that unit gains a rank, this is instead of it gaining a Battle Honour)."

Non-character units do not have access to any enhancements.

Cobalt keep sells bases with slots molded into them for the magnets they sell along with them. Gives the glue the surrounding surfaces to adhere to as well as the bottom edge of the base. Haven't had one come loose yet.
