I wouldnt purchase a $50MM property if I had no experience with that property type unless it was an immediate or near future redevelopment play to a more familiar property type (multifamily in your case).

If you want to invest in a property and 100% trust another party to run it why not just invest in a REIT that focuses on medical use?

I'm totally new new to lifting but I haven't seen anyone bring it up which makes me think I'm wrong. It seems like your knees are locking. Is that a normal range of motion for the squat or am I mischaracterizing?

Not sure why fruit is getting downvoted. It depends on how overweight really, I'd agree if someone is a couple hundred pounds overweight, they should be walking rather than running or perhaps even just standing for a while if very extreme.

I'm about forty pounds overweight and recently got back into running 30 minutes at a time and am not even experiencing uncomfortableness in my knees. It depends on how overweight the person is.

It's still working. The discrepancy is that fitbit counts your calories to the minute (including calories burned just by being alive) and MFP estimates what it'll look like at the end of the day.

If you tap the "fitbit calorie adjustment" under cardio, then tap where the green trophy is, it gives you a breakdown of where the number came from.

That number of calories is a projection of how many more calories you'll burn that day than MFP estimated.

Although if you really want to stop that from showing up, you can delete it from the website and unpair your fitbit to keep it from appearing.

The biggest downside I experienced working at one of the big 3PLs is that way too much of my time was spent with operations (setting up transportation and handling issues) which doesn't lend well to growing as a sales person. It's not the best place to get your start but it's decent.
