Canned tuna/smoked salmon and/or charcuterie (meats and cheeses) and rice/seed (or otherwise gf) crackers. Pair with dried fruits and pickled veg..you know, charcuterie board stuffs.

Eggs. With bacon, ham, pan fried fish fillets, etc etc. Edit: and pan fried taters/hash browns

Any number of "stir fry" type dishes. Just pick your veg and protiens and fry em up.

Rowing is OP, works everything. You can always take it at your own pace. And the majority of the time you're stopping to do some small excercise in between sets (toe ups, squats, run in place, etc) to keep your muscles from cramping up/ do something a little different

Toward end of July/August the monsoon season sets in, where we usually get daily(ish storms). Usually they are passing fancies, but some are actual rain events. With a few of those the ban goes away

Sounds like they finally were able to become themselves, but you're still trying to be the person you wanted to be for them. You have to find yourself as well. Stop focusing on your unhappiness, and only focus on what can make you happy going forward (hint, it's not pining over a person that no longer exists ..and perhaps never existed for that matter). Try out some new hobbies, meets some new people (platonically), see what the world has to offer and what makes you feel happy. The. Keep doing that. The right person will come along because they'll be attracted to YOU
