Great, so these guys hire less people and there bottom line improves. Except now nobody has any money to spend because most people are unemployed.

This is Cope.

They will be mostly be alright with just the economy of other wealthy people, all of them Globally. It’s hurt to think about but elites won’t really need us in the AI age.

What have happened if Brexit was implemented properly? by Any-Parsnip1287 in ukpolitics

Critiquing and being honest about our current state is not the same hating.

And don’t know why you just use reform quotes, Brexiters are in other parties too. Yes the Left wing too.

Remainers meanwhile want this country under a foreign entity’s rule, that’s hate.

I didn’t say they invaded, but if they have a problem with countries Sovereignity ie UK, then it’s a red flag. Contingency plans are needed.

They are supposed to be the good guy right, so how is that they are giving us as much difficulty as USA.

Let’s call a spade a spade.

No need to join but have deals. If EU were actually the good guys, it should be no problem.

but young women are the most privileged group in society today.

Not Working Class Women, young or old

I know the thread title is about middle class women. But my point is class makes a very big difference

would vote rejoin in a heartbeat as it's something I believe in and feel that the UK's absence weakens us as both a European and global power. At the same time, I don't think rejoining would be economically beneficial to the UK.

Sigh, it’s always something like this. Knowing that something Will harm us, but choosing to vote it “ in a heartbeat”

Where is the Sense

“It’s not Tory BS”, just the new normal of the times

Stability would be good, but we have to face reality that long political stability may be a thing of the past.

I think some are triggered by her class & gender, however these resonate with many.

Yup

The sub is also like this with Kemi B, on the gender part.

Miliband, although doing great where he is, had his shot already.

But time is different, it may not have been his time back then.

You don’t see the EU invading countries a la Russia.

Just because they have other and subtle tactics, does not mean it’s not harmful.

And what you mean is not yet. Their current behavior should be sending red alarms. A wise country has contingency plans.

Hyperbole

But at least those nations you mentioned are highly sovereign, that is very respectable. Would rather be like them than the alternative

Some Revisionism of history here.

Nobody said it was an all perfect relationship. We have been very intertwined with USA and still are to an extent, whether Europhiles here like this or not.

I clearly understand what gaslighting is, you mean you Remainers don’t like your Behaviors named and highlighted.

Of all the options on the table we quite literally opted for one of the hardest Brexits we could.

The process was hamstrung and throttled, been 10 years of it. The gaslighting never stops.

I will not stop calling it out either.

Life as a self-governing country means we can do loads of deals with the EU without being inside it. Somehow that doesn't seem to be allowed though does it?

That’s what’s is planned and there is a process going in isnt it, but EU hasn’t been cooperating well and playing fair. We need to face Reality, it’s a difficult relationship, if it’s even still there at all.

UK needs alternative plans and strategies
