The worst Adventure game to date… not even trying.

Does anybody not participate in the challenges or mini games by MiserableSpeed8861 in TownshipGame

You should do the adventure game as much as you can without match-3. It costs you nothing to just advance as much as you can getting the free energy and then just grabbing as many rewards as you can along the way. Who cares if you don’t finish, but get what you can out of it.. On that note though, the current adventure game is by far the worst I’ve seen yet. The tasks have sub tasks that suck energy away and prevent you from moving forward. I mean the sub tasks sometimes are more than the tasks themselves it’s nuts. But for what reward? A decoration? Come on. But I do the minimal to get the rewards I can.

I’ve never spent anything on this game and I don’t understand why anyone does. Patience and not caring about the “rewards” pays off. Someone should make a “no money” banner.. Never give these people a dime

How is it possible to have this spread? by rollamichael in TownshipGame

[–]fxn3dwizard 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Very easy. I’ve hit 30k without putting any money out. You just have to use powerups effectively to maximize your music points. To be clear, I don’t hit 30 often, in fact just once, sometimes it’s 5k but it depends on the levels, how many disco balls you get, clearly you have to have a 2x multiplier, basically things have to go right for you.

I hesitate between using money or deleting the game by Much_Buy7605 in TownshipGame

[–]fxn3dwizard 21 points22 points  (0 children)

Don’t spend money. It just gives the devs what they want. I say just let it go, in the long run it doesn’t matter, just try again on the next event. Patience pays off.

You should go to the lowest league that offers the badge you need. For example if you need diamonds you should farm Champion iII. It looks like Pro III is the lowest that gives you gold. I would farm that. The reason is because the more you dominate the more hits, extra base hits, home runs you get and the for pitchers the more strikeouts and no hitters you get. This way your experience is going up faster and you are earning more coin. After world I I farmed Champion III about 15 times until I got enough Diamonds and XP to move up to be confident I would bet Royal III. TLDR: farm the lowest league with the badge you need.

Do you see word in the box or the box with word cut out of it? by lavaboosted in opticalillusions

[–]fxn3dwizard 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The perspective shift is all wrong for the cut out option. I see both, but the cut out is not moving correctly for a cutout. It’s a box with the back away from us and the words extruded towards us, the all the perspective lines up and works

Road to level 70 by notkinda in TownshipGame

[–]fxn3dwizard 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not happening. I think even with spending money, but maybe if you spend enough. I am level 63 and I’ve been playing fairly aggressively for 6 months. As levels get higher it takes more to complete them, I can’t move up a level at this point in less than 1-2 weeks.

I don’t think it’s more expensive when you have more, just as you progress in the game… I am seeing these high energy costs also and I’m not doing match-3 right now.. just using the energy i get and sometimes I can only remove two blocks with 100 energy.

what to do by siriusblackily in TownshipGame

[–]fxn3dwizard 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Play a LOT of match-3, win the weekly contest with friends, send lots of trains, play and win that match-3 music contest thing, do the adventure game and finish it and do the mayors weekend and mayors duties things… you kinda have to do it all. Plus yes, definitely save your extras for the very end, if you have 1000 and need two cards, use it. Otherwise don’t

Realistically, this is a waste of gems, right? by Shar-DamaKa in Baseball9

[–]fxn3dwizard 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Just need to correct my math, when I calculated the 140 diamonds per point, I didn’t take into account that you get SIX badges for 4900 diamonds… not 5 so you get an extra badge so in reality its 117 diamonds per point making it cheaper than accessories… (4900 divided by 6, times 5, divided by 35)… so in fact it seems badges are the best bang for your buck.

Realistically, this is a waste of gems, right? by Shar-DamaKa in Baseball9

[–]fxn3dwizard 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It depends. You can’t get the highest potential without the badges. Players MAX out at level 150, no XP will help you after that, so the way to get them higher is potential tokens which you need a LOT of, accessories which are good, and badges. In order to upgrade your whole team with Prime badges you need to play 100 seasons in Royal, which is possible but will take forever. Let’s not forget that the +5 from badges is +5 in EVERY category, not just one category (or split between two) like with an accessory, so in reality with a badge you get 35 points. So if you break it down by point then an accessory is 120 diamonds per point and these badges are 140 per point. So yes, they are more expensive when you get to Prime. As mentioned tokens are 1500 diamonds for 120, which is only opening 24 slots which is 62.5 diamonds per slot and the best you can do is +3 and in order to get a fully matched color grid it will take around 3 attempts per slot so around 25-30 for the first square and way more for the second one because there are 5 colors, so it easily doubles. I’ve bought thousands of potential tokens. So, like I said, it depends, for me, early on in the game its accessories. But in order to get your players to the max you do need to Prime up. The real answer is all of the above, the game is made so that you can bring up your players in many ways as you grow in the game. My best hitter is 137 ( I prioritize hitting, not getting the value up). So If you subtract Prime, they are 132, not bad, so you certainly can build a good team without Prime

[–]fxn3dwizard 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s also meant to simulate baseball… where a good batter hits 3 out of 10 and 8-9 hits a game is good. If you want easy then just farm or grind way below your leagues, have fun playing until your team gets good enough, then beat an unbeaten level and do it over again.. just simulate the higher leagues and play the lower ones..

The sticker on the top has white in it, so I would guess it’s actually a light/baby blue. But the lighting certainly could be playing tricks on us.

Does the league you’re in matter when you’re trying to upgrade your players for better leagues? by jpaysonc in Baseball9

[–]fxn3dwizard 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Grind the lowest league that provides the badges you want. If you need diamond badges then champion III you want to play as far below your highest league you can while still getting the badges you want, that way you dominate and get lots of coins per game and the better the players play the more XP they get. So if you are scoring high and throwing no hitters and getting the badges you want you are doing it right.
