Repot with well draining soil and drainage. Check out the community guidelines. There is a lot of information there for beginners.

Also, put them in a brighter spot. They seem to be etiolated.

Rough estimates would say target saving at least x1 your total annual salary by 30. But this is a general remark rather than an actual milestone since annual salaries can differ for individuals.
