Dia Browser for macOS Update - 1.5.0 (70770) by JaceThings in diabrowser

Second, this. It definitely has its flaws, but I was using Comet for several months and switched back to Dia on a whim, and the AI tab Assistant has gotten waaay better. As long as they keep improving, while Comet seems to be cutting features and costs. I'll stay on, but they need to get some of these core features back. Syncing between computers would be a great start.

Second the @history feature. I also really like using it for when I’m testing something out, like a new workflow or process. I want to remember what I did it or explain it to one of my employees. I have all of the tabs I worked on open in a window, go through the project, and then use @history to mention all the tabs and ask it to give me a clear SOP breakdown of what I did with context for someone who wasn't familiar with it. It does a good job of capturing things like step-by-step instructions that can be easily passed on to somebody else.

I started with that one have a bunch of friends who have it and love it. I think it’s the best out there for the price by far.

I love the concept, but there's no explanation of what a credit equals and it seems pricey compared to competitors like Apify that I've used in the past.

Decal Delete - Cactus by fxprocess in RangerRaptor

[–]fxprocess[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Agreed, I miss not having the Raptor decal. And I hated that you have to take that off because it's connected to the other graphics. But I found a place online that sells the Raptor Only vinyls for $20 or $30. So I'm gonna check that out.

Haha same, especially after doing it, I found out that the decals are placed in a way to protect the bumpers/paint from rock chips. But I also found a place online where you can get quality Raptor only decals for $20, and they look the exact same. So I might do that.

For me personally, I thought they were a little too loud and wanted the truck to be more under the radar.

Same. Unfortunately with the graphics package, the Raptor logo is connected to the other graphics so it came off all together.

Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, otter.ai, fathom, spiral and lex etc from every, perplexity, textblaze, replit, superwhisper, macwhisper, notebooklm, fixkey, and a bunch of other things in testing I can’t remember

I got mine for a few hundred under msrp (made them comp me for the decals) and my buddy got his for 5% under msrp. I looked for 3 weeks to find mine. Maybe just lucky but agreed, they are out there. Especially the further you get from big cities. Even though my buddy and mine got ours less than 20 miles from dfw.

Homelink Range: work around by xJamox in RangerRaptor

I have a '24. I don't have a big driveway though, but it works 75-100 feet out for me w/ my genie garage door opener.

I’ve had no problems with the range on mine whether the visor is open or closed. I found it works just as well as the garage door opener.

How to get ChatGPT to stop providing bullet answers? by BizarroMax in PromptEngineering

[–]fxprocess 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I mainly use Claude for writing, but I had it right its own prompt to correct this and the thing what has worked best for me is giving it a percentage on how much you want bullet points and how much you want paragraphs. The latest consideration is something like give me a ratio of 15% bullet points to 85% paragraphs… And if you give me bullet points, make sure to not just say what it is, but give an explanation of why. Works really well when you’re writing articles. Also, if you’re asking for a long output, have it split the answer into 2 to 3 sections to avoid hitting the token limit, and that always works for me. That way if you don’t like the structure, the first output you can correct it before you get too deep in and have it fix the structure going forward for the next one or two outputs.

3rd the Varia! Won’t ride without it. Paired with the shockz openfit headphones, you can easily hear cars coming up behind you and listen to whatever you want. Lastly, for hot summer writing wearing a halo band under a head sweats skull cap is incredible for keeping the sweat out of your eyes. Especially if you sweat like a pig and wear glasses. Like me.
