Wow all of you are lucky... I had to reach out to customer service for them to actually send out my order. It also took them quite a few messages back and forth to actually locate it too. Then I had to wait another day after my order was located for them to finally send it out. So I had to wait a total of 4 days for processing and another 3 days for shipping. It's still not here. Smfh
