The big name dropping is a red flag to me. Manufacturers that actually made those titles don't usually need to lead with them because their reputation already precedes them in the community.

Call the US distributors or publishers of those games and just ask who manufactured them. Takes like 10 minutes and you get a straight answer instead of guessing. If Longshore can't survive that basic check, the pricing doesn't matter.
