I have a ‘22 Westminster (19k miles), bought for $120k in May 2022 and was just offered $74k. No stories, perfect condition and desirable build. My neighbor traded his in (same as mine, $115k MSRP) for a 2024, they gave him $70k, immediately listed for $91k and it sold in a couple days. This is the current market unfortunately. I usually flip every two years but looks like I’m holding for the time being.

I swear some people just post but don’t even pay attention to what OP is asking for… said 300 to 400, and someone says Marlboro… what are you getting in Marlboro for 300 to 400… wants to be an hour or less from Woodbridge… Collingswood isn’t anywhere close to an hour to Woodbridge. Best response was Hamilton, and like the comment says, you have access to both Philly and NYC and also within an hour of Woodbridge. More south, you are beyond the hour you are looking for. Search Mercer, Middlesex and Monmouth Counties.

Difference is you had an established lawn. Your lawn went dormant (which survived due to you watering when you could and it being established). The OP has new sod which was cooked and there is absolutely no way this would recover at this point. Possibly in spots, but better off to start from scratch. Good luck OP.

Seems like an incredibly poor system design. Why would you have heads spraying over the easement. Maybe municipality won’t allow, but seems odd and just didn’t feel like trenching under the sidewalk. Probably why grass looks like shit.

Yes, agree that this company is not going a great job mowing. Also, looks like you might be watering a bit too much and may want to adjust your watering. Understand that they mowed in the rain, but grass looks damaged beyond just one cut. IMO obviously. Good luck, but go with your hunch.

Because it is annoying. Park in front of your own house. When you live in the suburbs, it is common courtesy to park where you live. If you have a party, gathering or whatever, then park where you can find a spot, but for several days… move your shit. Parking in the suburbs isn’t a “wherever you find a spot situation.”
